The building is placed in viale Virgilio, 19 (on Promenade Aeneas corner), in a central and panoramic position in front of the sea, where the coast is about 25 metres high, and a beautiful mediterranean garden surrounds it.
The building is less than 100 metres far from the central square of the town. In the square you will find San Francesco’s Church, municipal offices and all the shops.
The access to the beach is exactly in front of the building.
Available flats are different in size (from 50 to 100mq) with large rooms and panoramic balconies, with modern and useful furniture (such as tvcolor, washing machine, fridge…), and necessary linen.
Linen change is made once a week.
