PRICES
The amount of money is calculated on the single flat in the indicated period and on the number of places to sleep you will find in the
schedules, according to the typology of each flat. All taxes (electric energy, water, GPL and IVA) are included.
Prices you can see in the schedules will be increased of the 25% during Easter week and from the 15th of April to the 15th of May
No pets allowed.
In the month of August the minimum rental period is 2 weeks. During this period no changes are allowed between types of apartments.
PAYMENTS – RENUNCIATIONS
After we confirm our disposability, an anticipation, corresponding to the 30% of the whole price of the stay, has to reach us by bank transfer. The settlement has to be made at least a week before
the arrival. In case of renunciation for any reason, the anticipation will be kept.
CONSIGNMENT
Flats consignment can be fixed from 14.00 to 18.00 of the day of arrival.
RETURN
Flats have to be cleared out by 12.00 am of the day of departure.
CAUTION
A 100 Euros caution will be required when the flat keys are given, as a warrant for possibile damages and it will be returned at the end of the holiday, after checking the condition of the flat.
COMPLAINTS
Possibile complaints have to achieve within 24 hours, or they will only be considered as simple signallings.
